ABHINAV AGARWAL - MANAGING PARTNER
Abhinav Agarwal is an Advocate and Indian Patent Agent. He is enrolled with various Bar Associations such as Delhi High Court Bar Association. He has extensive experience in preparing cases for litigation and filing lawsuits which includes drafting of plaints and associated applications. He has handled several high-profile patent litigations in India. He also has substantial experience in patent preparation and prosecution with over 15 years of experience overall. He deals with both contentious and non-contentious issues arising out of IPR laws.
Apart from Indian jurisdictions he has substantial experience in dealing with USPTO, EPO Office actions. In addition, he has prepared claim charts for successful litigation and negotiations for the US clients while assisting US Attorneys in patent litigation.
Some of his technical work areas are telecommunications particularly Standard Essential Patents: 3GPP, AV standards, IEEE standards, IoT, AI/ML, Blockchain, HVAC systems, Semiconductors, Image Processing and Signal processing among others.
He is an alumnus of prestigious Indian Institute of Technology. He completed his law degree (LLB) from University of Delhi.

ABHIMANYU CHAUHAN - PARTNER
Abhimanyu Chauhan is a registered Patent Agent and advocate. He has experience of working in the techno-legal field for more than 11 years. He is enrolled with various Bar Associations such as Delhi High Court Bar Association, Delhi Bar Association, Rohini Court Bar Association and Rouse Avenue Court Bar Association.
He has extensive experience in handling high-profile patent litigations. He previously assisted the team handling the patent litigation suits filed by Ericsson and Dolby against Indian and Chinese OEMs. His exemplary work areas include Standard Essential Patents, 3GPP, AV, AAC, multi-media, RF, GUI, medical devices, etc. He deals with both contentious and non-contentious issues arising out of IPR laws. He has previously worked on prosecuting patent applications of entities such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Sony, etc. He also has extensive experience of working on other fields of IPR such as Designs, Trademarks and Copyrights.
He has completed his Bachelors in Electronics & Communications in the year 2011. Thereafter, he completed his law degree in the year 2014. He holds Post Graduate Diplomas in diverse fields of law such as IPR Laws; ADR; Corporate Laws; and Cyber Laws and Cyber Forensics.

DEEPSHIKHA - PARTNER
Deep Shikha is a registered Indian Patent Agent with 11 years of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, hearings, enhanced prosecution, analytics, claim chart analysis and litigation vetting for enforcement purposes.
She is Bachelors in Electronics & Telecommunication and Masters in Renewable Energy Technology. She is also Bachelors in law and brings a blend of technical and legal insights. She has worked with the Indian Patent Office, USPTO, and EPO, handling hearings, managing IDFs, Conducted Inventor Interviews Office Action responses and devised global patent strategies with the clients.
She is skilled across multiple Hi-tech domains including machine learning, artificial intelligence and machine learning, network communications, circuit design, IoT, automation, mobile technologies, cloud computing, autonomous vehicles, robotics, semiconductors, HVAC, and energy, that delivers precise, commercially aligned IP solutions.
