NEHA AGARWAL - SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Neha is a registered Patent Agent. She has over 6 years of experience in Intellectual Property domain and 3 years of experience in Research and Development. She holds versatile domain knowledge and is excellent in resolving contentious issues of IPR laws.

She is well versed with telecommunication, VLSI design, different technical specifications like 3GPP wireless standards, Wi-Fi standards, ETSI standards and other Hi-Tech domains. She has extensive experience in-depth patent search & analytics (patentability, Invalidity, FTO), SEP analysis, EOU, Claim Chart analysis and preparation. She is adept at drafting patent applications, responding to Office Actions, and preparing techno-legal reports, particularly in support of patent litigation matters.

His technical work areas include Computer Science and Medical devices.

He has experience in conducting patentability analysis and patent vetting for enforcement. He is also experienced in filing lawsuits which includes drafting of plaints and associated applications.
